·       Standard Products: Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

·       Made-to-Order & Custom Pieces: Processing times vary based on craftsmanship, typically requiring 15-20 business days before shipping.

·       Orders placed after 2:00 PM CET will begin processing on the next business day.

2.2 Order Verification

To protect against fraud, some orders may require additional verification. If additional documents are needed, we will contact you via email.

3.3 Shipping Costs

·       Free worldwide express shipping.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

·       Orders shipped outside Switzerland may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees, which vary by country.

·       Customers are responsible for all import-related fees. We are unable to predict or control these charges.

·       If an order is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Tracking & Order Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your shipment in real-time.

6. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

6.1 Delayed Shipments

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., customs clearance, extreme weather, courier disruptions). We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

6.2 Lost or Stolen Packages

·       If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or building management.

·       If you suspect theft or a lost package, contact us at contact@vantova.ch within 48 hours.

·       We will assist in filing a claim with the courier, but we cannot issue refunds or replacements until the investigation is complete.

7. Returns Due to Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for:

·       Reshipping fees

·       Return handling fees

If the package is undeliverable and not returned to us, we cannot issue a refund.
